RULES AND REGULATION FOR BIKE RIDERS

To ensure safety and a great experience for everyone, please adhere to the following rules and regulations:

1. Indemnity Form

  • Participants must fill out an indemnity form before entering the track.
  • Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with their participation in the premises. 

2. Assumption of Risk and Penalty

  • Please be aware that this is an extreme sports facility with inherent risks and dangers.
  • Participation in an extreme sports facility involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, property damage, or death. By entering the track, participants voluntarily assume all such risks.
  • We shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by participants or visitors while on the premises. 
  • Participants are fully responsible for any accidents or injuries they may incur. We will not be held responsible for any such incidents.
  • Any accidents that cause damage to facilities or result in oil spills will incur a penalty.

3. Medical Fitness

  • Participants confirm that they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the activity. It is the responsibility of each participant to seek medical advice if they have any conditions that may be exacerbated by participating in the premises.

4. Mandatory Riding Gear

  • All participants must wear appropriate riding gear during their session.
  • Helmets must be worn at all times while on the track. Do not wear any other headgear, such as hats or caps, under the helmet, as they may interfere with the proper fit and safety function of the helmet.

5. Pit Lane Speed Limit

  • The speed limit in the pit lane is 15 km/hour. Please adhere to this limit for everyone's safety.

6. Mandatory Briefing Session

  • All participants are required to attend a safety briefing session prior to engaging in any activities. This session is designed to familiarise you with the track rules, safety protocols, and proper operation of the vehicle.
  • Participation in the briefing session is mandatory. No participant will be allowed on the track without first attending the entire session.
  • Participants must follow all instructions given during the briefing session. This includes, but is not limited to, understanding the operation of the vehicle, recognizing track signals, and adhering to safety procedures.

7. Consequences of Non-Compliance

  • Failure to attend the briefing session or comply with the instructions provided will result in disqualification from participating in the activities. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety of all participants.
  • We reserve the right to ban participants or disallow participation in the session if any rules are violated.

8. Dress Code (Jewellery, Accessories, Shoes, Hair, Headscarf and Eyewear) 

  • Do not wear any jewellery and accessories, including but not limited to necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, watches  and belts with large buckles. These items can pose a safety risk by becoming entangled in equipment or causing injury in the event of an accident.
  • Open-toed shoes, sandals, and flip-flops are not permitted. Participants must wear closed-toe shoes that cover the entire foot. Athletic shoes or sneakers are recommended for optimal safety and comfort.
  • Long hair must be tied back securely and tucked into the helmet. 
  • Hijabis must adjust their headscarves appropriately; long scarves or hijabs are not allowed on the track. Please ensure headscarves are shortened for safety.
  • If you wear glasses, ensure they are secured with a strap to prevent them from falling off during the race. Sunglasses should be avoided unless they are secured in the same manner.

9. Electronic Device

  • Do not bring electronic devices, such as mobile phones, headphones, or cameras, onto the track. These items can be distracting and pose a safety hazard if they are dropped or used while driving.

10. Compliance for Rules

  • Participants agree to adhere to all safety rules and instructions provided.
  • Participants must follow all track rules, marshal instructions, and respond to warning lights accordingly.
  • Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the premises without refund.

11. Prohibited Substances

  • Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Smoking outside these areas is not permitted.

12. Waiver of Liability for Lost or Stolen Items

  • Participants are strongly advised not to bring valuables, including but not limited to jewellery, electronic devices, and large sums of money, when entering the premises. 
  • We shall not be held liable for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while on the premises.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, items left in toilets, praying rooms, or any other areas within the facility.

13. Injury and Loss Claims

  • Participants agree not to hold the company, its owners, employees, and affiliates responsible or liable for any injuries sustained while on the premises. 
  • Participants also agree not to hold the company, its owners, employees, and affiliates responsible or liable for any loss or damage to personal property, including but not limited to theft, loss, or damage of items brought onto the premises.

14. Violation of Rules, Behavior and Conduct

  • We reserve the right to ban participants or disallow participation in the track if any rules are violated.
  • We reserve the right to remove any participants exhibiting inappropriate behaviour or unwanted conduct.
  • Please keep the track clean. Dispose of your trash properly and do not litter.
