TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GO-KART TRACK BOOKING

To ensure a great experience for everyone, please adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Quotation Agreement and Deposit

  • Once the client agrees with the
    provided quotation, a deposit must be made within 7 days to lock and secure the booking date.
  • Failure to pay the deposit within the specified period may result in the release of the reserved date to other customers, and the price is likely to change for future bookings.

2. Minimum Participants for Fun Kart
Challenge

  • A minimum of 11 participants is required to book and justify the price of the Fun Kart Challenge.

3. Private Event Policy

  • For Fun Kart Challenge bookings with a minimum of 50 participants, the event will automatically be classified as a Private Event.
  • Private Events are entitled to exclusive use of the go-kart track for the reserved session.
  • If event setup is required one day prior to the event date, an additional charge of RM1,500 will apply.

4. Reservation and Payment Policy

  • All reservations are subject to availability.
  • The balance of the payment must be settled before the event starts.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event for a full refund (if a deposit has been paid).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Safety and Conduct

  • All participants are required to attend a safety briefing before racing.
  • Helmets and other safety equipment provided must be worn at all times on the track.
  • Closed shoes are mandatory
  • Any participant under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to race.

7. Liability and Damages

  • All participants must sign a waiver form before the event.
  • The organizer is not responsible for any injuries or accidents arising from non-compliance with safety rules.
  • Damages to karts or facilities due to negligence or reckless behavior will be charged to the responsible individual or party.

8. General Terms

  • The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
