For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, please adhere to the following rules and regulations:

1. Age Restrictions

• Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Parents or guardians are required to visit the registration counter to complete an indemnity form for their children.

2. Assumption of Risk

• Please be aware that this is an extreme sports facility with inherent risks and dangers.
• Entering an extreme sports facility involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, property damage, or death. By entering the track, visitors voluntarily assume all such risks.
• We shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by participants or visitors while on the premises. 

3. Compliance with Safety Rules

• Visitors agree to adhere to all safety rules and instructions provided.
• Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the premises.

4. Waiver of Liability for Lost or Stolen Items

• Visitors are strongly advised not to bring valuables, including but not limited to jewellery, electronic devices, and large sums of money, when entering the premises. 
• We shall not be held liable for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while on the premises.
• This includes, but is not limited to, items left in toilets, praying rooms, or any other areas within the facility.

5. Injury and Loss Claims

• Visitors agree not to hold the company, its owners, employees, and affiliates responsible or liable for any injuries sustained while on the premises. 
• Visitors also agree not to hold the company, its owners, employees, and affiliates responsible or liable for any loss or damage to personal property, including but not limited to theft, loss, or damage of items brought onto the premises.

6. Dress Code

• Appropriate attire is mandatory on the track.
• Visitors must wear sports shoes or any covered shoes; slippers are strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Substances

• Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Smoking outside these areas is not permitted.

8. Behavior and Conduct

• We reserve the right to remove any visitor exhibiting inappropriate behaviour or unwanted conduct.
• Please keep the track clean. Dispose of your trash properly and do not litter.

9. Track Access

• Visitors are not allowed to enter the track without permission from the staff.

10. Umbrella Policy

• Umbrellas are not allowed on the track as they can pose a safety risk to the participants on track.
